So after coming from a 533-37 range for all 3 scores in April to scores in my sig as of 8/12. By the time I'm ready to apply for a Mortgage in Dec/Jan my scores should be in the 620-50 range. My question is I have 6 lates for SL from Aug 2011- Mar 2012 due to me having to leave schoopl while in deferment and not knowing that they came out when they did. Everything with that is back on track and the only negative things on my report now are those lates. Should I try an GW them off or just leave everything as it is when I take my report and score to a broker and see what they say? I would be doing FHA.
I agree with London. We are doing FHA and were told by 4 different lenders that there could only be one 30 day late within the last twelve months and absolutely no 60 day lates. Try to goodwill them.
