So I have been with my family for 7 years now . I have informed my family my goal is to have my own house by the time I'm 30 . I have been approached with the majority of my family being 100% with me and they agree that they world move with me . I really count my blessings and in one sense this is a dream come true as I love my family . I make adverage 50k a year (my wife is a housewife) and I have $400 pledged by 1 member $200 by 2 members (totaling $800 a month). I have found a few homes in my area that I think should be affordable( who knows in 2 years ) . Will 2 years be enough to pass through overlays of banks & lenders? I'm saving $500 a week totaling 8k now. what do you guys think my plan of action should be?
