Hi all,
Closing was at 10:00 a.m. all paper work was signed and completed by 11:10 a.m.
Now, we're loading the truck while waiting for the funding, was told that it will be completed today and then we can get the keys.
Thanks Dallas, Shane, Lel and all others who helped me out over the last 4 months.
