I started a primary residence no cash out refi with Amerisave and had them pull my credit then sent them a copy of my last year's taxes (I am self-employed) so they could tell me how they rate my debt-to-income ratio and what payment I would qualify for. After no word back in over a week after leaving several messages with my loan officer, he sent an email saying underwriting is backed-up and will get back to me. It is now almost two weeks and still no word. Anyone else having this trouble with Amerisave?
