Awesome Mike. You guys still haven't move in yet? Very surprised to see the large back yard. Are going to sod it or leaving it with the rocks? Here in FL, the large backyard is a thing of the past with these new housing developments.

Thanks guys! We've moved some stuff but not everything, though the bed is here and we've been sleeping here since Friday. 
It feels so surreal though, like that feeling when you go visit someone and sleep over at their house, doesn't feel like your place and you dont quite know where everything is instinctually.
The yard is a good size but it's not huge, picture probably makes it look bigger. The lot is 8400 sq ft and the back yard is approx 2,700 sq ft.
