So during the summer last year I had ou scores pulled and they were in the mid 500's.  After lots of work and dedication to this isn't we have decided to go with a modular home on a half acre lot.  It will be a new build and we get to choose everything.  We found a lot and have made an offer.  It went into escrow yesterday.  The builder will carry the loan and all improvements to the land and then we will close once the house is complete.  We will be going USDA and have been pre approved with a mid score of 647 and 643.  Just trying to keep those scores there.  This is going to be a long three months!
