We were suppose to close on the 27th of June but last minute bs held us up and final underwrite gave the green light yesterday evening so we are closing on Monday! I'm just glad it's almost over so I can finally gets some sleep at night.

I'm moving over from the June Closers thread. The seller did not complete repairs -new septic system, well testing, etc... My settlement date has been pushed from June 24th to July 15th. Everything looks to be lining up finally. This process has been a nightmare! I have to keep telling myself that it will all be worth it soon.

My scores this fall were all in the low 500's. Thanks to this site, All three scores are over 700 now. Six months later & I'm buying a house!

Same here. From June closer to July closer. We are going on 2 months from beginning to end.  This is the longest most frustrated thing I have ever done! Giving birth to my son was less painful!!!

we are slated to close July 24th on new construction...house is set for walk through on the 17th.  We are waiting on the LP to finalize the committment conditions set forth before submitting for final approval...its taking FOREVER!  we just want this whole process to be over, but are learning to be patient...

I'm still moving along swimmingly on a contract signed June 20th with a July 30th close date.  Inspections and appraisal went great with no issues or repairs needed.  Received UW approval tuesday with the only condition being updated bank statements and some LOE's for desposits - easy peasy!  Off to USDA early next week for their rubber stamp, and should get CTC a good 2 weeks ahead of my deadline!
