Supposed to close July 16th waiting on the C2C from UW.

I believe they needed another document from the appraiser.

Waiting game is a killer....

Walk thru inspection 18 Jul. Closing date is 23 Jul but the lender is still waiting for the VA appraisal.

Goal Score: 815 across the board by Jan 18

I just wanted to thank everyone on the forums for sharing their advice and experiences during this process. It has definitely helped us in our home buying journey. I am happy to say that I am closing on July 22nd!!! I will be even more ecstatic once I receive those keys!
