As you can see, things are moving along extremely quickly with minimal waiting time between steps.  I am now nearly 2 weeks away from closing and got my CTC today with the only possible final step of re-verifying employment just before closing.  Per my LO, all that's left to do now is count the days!

process continues...we FINALLY got our final approval this morning.  We are supposed to sign by tomorrow, keys wednesday to close.  We hadnt been told anything until today...now the LP & LO are giving us conflicting timelines on when the paperwork was finalized and we can sign.  We still havent funded escrow and it all needs to happen in 24 hours...crazy.

We received full approval from the VA back on the 16th. I logged in today to see that my TU had taken a ten point hit (no clue as to why when there are no balances and no new credit inquiries). Will the VA or LO pull the credit again and will this hurt me? My mid range is still 29 points above where it HAS to be. Thanks for any help!

One final condition received and returned 7/22.  Received call today from Kroll Factual Data to update some information.  Is that normal? Hopefully we will have a CTC tomorrow with a closing date.
