I am just trying to stop inaccurate information.

It is fine that you preferred a new home rather than an existing home. You are the buyer/borrower, you get to choose.

I just don't want to see others have their choices cut off due to inaccurate info about a loan product.

I sincerely hope a LO will jump in and give their perspective as well.

I appreciate that and honestly would like to agree with what your saying and I hate forums sometimes because typing something is harder than speaking what you want to say in the first place which can confuse someone.

I guess what I was saying in my opinion the easiest way to use a VA LOAN would be to go for a new construction home as you won't really have to worry about the appraisal and inspection because they are both done and priced by a builder who prices based off what they believe the house will appraise for built, they are alot better at that than a home owner who doesn't have the greatest experience with it.
