I was curious about Lending Tree and those were the only 2 companies that came back with "offers". I think they do a SP to get an idea of who would be willing to work with you or something.
Any info on either would be greatly appreciated, and if you know of any lenders/brokers that work with people who make good money but has less than perfect credit please let me know.

I am in the process of obtaining a USDA Guaranteed Loan from Proficio Mortgage. I have a preapproval for $170,000 and am under contract to purchase a home for $141,000. My closing date is set for November 13. I will keep anyone interested posted.
My middle score from Proficio came back at 677. I pay rent of $1010, personal loan $442 will be paid of in 16 months, student loans deferred for 12 months payments will be $315, and $125 a month for credit cards. My income is 47,000 a year.
Inspection on home set for this Wednesday october 2, 2013.

My interest is not locked in yet. I could lock it in at 4.5% but if it goes down I will lose out. Kinda curious to see what happens during this government shutdown.
i just locked in at 4.5%. Lender is giving me a credit of $1500.00 to cover closing costs. I only need $1700 to bring to close.
