Anyone close recently or have experiance with Flagstar Bank?

Hi- we are doing FHA, and have been approved with conditions  (Just need updated bank statement and appraisal) Process began 2/10/15 - I'm just wondering if anyone has closed, and if they know if flagstar bank pulls credit (either soft or hard) before closiing for funding?

Any insight will be greatly appreciated

I would be surprised if any lender didn't do a pull right before closing.

I closed with them 2 years ago and at that time they soft pulled right before closing

I believe it's an FHA requirement to soft pull the day before.

cant sell the loan on the open market if you dont pull a final report(or at least monitor credit thru the process)
