Anyone ever use FHA's rehab programs? 203(b) or 203(k)?

If anyone has ever used one of the programs, what did you like about it? What didn't you like about it?

I started looking into a 203k and it appears the rehab portion of the loan would have a high interest rate. I'm a first home buying so I dont know to much about, but I did decide to not go with the 203k.
