Anyone get a bridge loan?? For USDA Rural loan....
Our local bank doesnt offer a bridge loan for tax credit. They view it as 'unsecured debt'. Anyone have success getting this $$$ upfront??? Can you get it from another source?? We need to bring $$$ to closing.
