Anyone have time to review a GFE?

Haven't been on in awhile, but things have been progressing excitedly. Received a the loan commitment (conditional...~30 of 'em! - might see a post about them in the futureSmiley Wink a couple weeks ago and had our preconstruction meeting last week, our lot gets staked out this week. We are stoked!

 

Was wondering your thoughts on our GFE. It goes like this...

 

Conventional 30yrs/ 3.875% 247,200 loan amount. (260,210 with 5% (13,010 down))

 

A.

Adjusted Origination Charge $1,270  I think this includes 635 for processing and underwriting fees each, with no actual origination fee.

B.

Appraisal Fee .....450

Credit Report ........50

Tax Service ..........75

Flood Certification 12.50

MIP....................4890.60

 

Title services and lender's title ins................600

Owners title insurance................................1000

Govt recording charges................................100

Initial dep for escrow account.......................800.36

Daily interest charges(26.2438 for 17 days) 446.14

Homeowners Insurance..............................1211.28

B Total - 9,635.88

Total Estimated Settlement Charges A+B.......10,905.88

Thanks. I shopped quite a bit, and ultimately settled on a company whose LO impressed me and made me feel comfortable.

Looks fine to me, no Out-of-Line  fees that I can tell.

Filed Chapter 13 on 6/1/2017 after job loss. Discharged 6/1/2022.
