Anyone know what this means?

Hi. Does anyone out there know or has ever heard of "CLUES"  or 'Clues Accept'?  What is it?  Does anyone have any 'clue'? (sorry I couldn't resist the pun). Thanks all and be well.

Is this through BoA, because I recall Countrywide using something like that to describe their credit decision process.

 

<EDIT> I looked around a bit, and it looks like that is what Countrywide called their AUS?
