......and Ive been working on rebuilding my credit for a few years and am ready to take the plunge into homeownership! Any recomendations for agents or loan officers/companies in the Seattle area or even online? Total newbie here and will eventually post all the info needed, but mortgage scores look good, and credit file looks good, still working on down payment money but reastically would not be more than 3-5% and 250k or less single family home. Thanks! (i know i need to post more detailed info but will gladly do so when im more ready and have exact numbers)
