Seriously? That letter saying "We did this" actually has weight? The score doesn't actually NEED to have changed or the item removed yet? My thought was to bring it just to show them "Hey, we're in the process of getting this fixed, sorry to waste your time" in case we WERE denied for it, and we'd try again later - but the possibility exists that this letter from the CC company could actually save us right then and there?
