I submitted my application 7/7 with BBVA and it went to underwiritng for committment on 7/14. On 7/21 I received conditional approval. Below are my conditions. Apprasial has been completed. I completed all conditions on 7/22. How long does it usally take for title search then get clear to close?
Must be received no less than 10 business days before intended closing date:
1. Homeowners Insurance with sufficient coverage amount
2. Borrower to provide: Written explanation as to why 2 W2s in 2013-
Provide correct dates of employment if applicable as well as update application
3. Homebuyer Credit Counseling Certificate
4. Debt to Income not to exceed 43%
5. Obtain taxes and insurance for subject property
6. One month of reserves required
7. Copy of HO6 policy with dwelling cover equal to at least 20% of the subject property appraised value
