Thanks everyone for all the advice that you have given. We have decided to just wait until next summer. By the end of the year all of our outstanding collections will be paid and hopefully we can get some of the negative remarks off of our credit. And maybe by then our score will have increased. I'd rather go into a home knowing at least all of my collections/judgements are paid in full.
