So I was so worried that, I wouldnt be able to get approved for the house I found---Mainly due to DTI ratio--I was pre qualifed- I found the house, went into contract but was worried the whole time that underwriter would deny me-----But I turned in the last docs the underwriter wanted--And today i just got email from my lendor stating underwriter did approve it..yippy---they are just waiting on title company and re inspection(after requiered fha updates have been done) and some insurance info...Im suppose to close May 29th.....
