So FINALLY,after almost 4 years post Chap 7 BK discharge, I was approved for a home loan. I am totally stoked, that was the easy part.. the hard part is finding a home. Since this is a sellers market it has been extremely difficult to beat out the competition. Wish me luck on my house hunting.
