I just wanted to thank everyone who is a part of this forum. Because of of the Lord above and all of you and all the great answers and advice I received on this forum, I was pre-approved for an FHA backed mortgage. My LO e-mailed me today to let me know I am approved w/ the UW and all I have to do is sign a hold harmless waiver for the missing acoustic tiles in the finished basement and furnish an updated bank statement showing the earnest money check has cleared and showing the funds to close. I am really excited and I have worked hard and I will say this to everyone, Take care of your credit and never take good credit for granted!!!!
