Any chance you could close sooner than April 2nd or they need until then to finish the house? And, knock on wood, but anything else that can go wrong at this point? Will they review anything else prior to closing (credit report etc) or it's final final?

We have to close in April due to baddies on my Wifes credit report.

I dont know if they will repull me or not. But the only thing holding us back right now would be the apprasial. But im not worried about that since if I wanted to build my house with the prices right now it would cost us 100k more.
