Are the interest rates and credit scores posted in myfico.com is what lenders follow?

I have been trying to increase my score lately and i pulled my TU score yesturday and the score increased from 630 to 668.According to the interest rate on myfico.com home page,that would give me a  6.68 rate.Is this the exact chart mortgage lenders follow?

These rates are basically a national average.  The local banks in your area could be more or less

those rates take a lot of assumptions and are WAYYYYYYY off for some people.
