Hello to all, I'm new here ...
I am waiting on USDA approval I think my loan was sent on 8/4 or either 8/5. And I've called the status line and theyre working on loans that was sumitted on the the 5th. My estimated closing date is 8/13. Could someone help !!!!! Can any one tell me that it may be possible for me to close on this date?

Finally got the CTC this AM. Should be all set for Friday. I still have a healthy paranoia until keys are in hand.

Things are not looking too good on this end. My realtor says I don't have anything to worry about, but my anxiety has kicked into overdrive. The VA appraisal came back close to 10k than the contract price. I have been staying in the home for the past month (signed a 9 month lease) until financing goes through. Everything was going smoothly this time around until the appraisal, and now, I am going crazy over here. The seller is offering 5800 in closing, which includes 500 earnest and 1300 for the deposit I paid to lease the house. Keeping fingers crossed that they will come down on the price.

Congrats! I am happy for you. Mine is back in que for the underwriters. They haven't given up on me yet. My LO says I should hear back something today and that they are confident in my file ths go around since the automated system gave a different answer.
