I have decided to just keep my '96 Ford Explorer. It's very dependale and runs great. It just needs some front end work (i. e. upper control arms and lower ball joints). Mechanic said it would cost approx. $950.
I'd rather pay that and continue to not owe anyone (car dealer) because it was bought & paid for about 4 years ago.
I'll just run this Explorer till it won't run anymore and then look into probably another used car and pay cash again. (I think I like not having any car payment!)
