With all this work I'm putting into my credit owning a home is ultimately my end goal. It seems like such a far far far away objective with my credit being so "poor-fair" and my fiance (wife in October) having filed bankruptcy I believe about 2 years ago. This is an amazing program I would love to get the opportunity to take advantage of. I want to put the info out and see if maybe some others haven't heard about this and can quite possibly benefit from having the 100% finance option. No down? Too good to be true?
