BEST DATE TO CLOSE..

So right now our estimated closing date is Dec 30, 2009, barring any application problems. My question is; is this a good date to close on, I've heard that there are advantages and disadvantages of closing at certain times of the month. Any input is appreciated.

closing at end of month means you dont have to pay so much prepaid interest at closing time.

but your first payment will come sooner than if you closed jan 1
