Heard from the Loan Processor and had 7 conditions from them, verify Earnest money with cancelled check, verify signature cards on bank accounts (odd?), 3 LOX, resend proof of released tax lien, and 60 days of transactions from my paypal account (that is where my down payment and 3 months PITI reserves are held).
Almost there!!
