Back to UW- Fingers crossed!

LO just sent e-mail stating my conditions, appraisal report and homeowner's has been sent back to the UW.  Wish me luck!

Honestly my realtor and LO and have great!  It's me that is the Debbie Downer.  I'm very much a worry wort.  Probably put me in an early grave!
