Does anyone know they minimum credit score for non-fha mortgage thru Bank of America? I will have 50% LTV.

Call their LO and ask, BofA no closing costs plus mortgage was one of their better products but it is discontinued now.. But for a conventional loan with BofA, I would venture a guess and say over 660+

I was told 680 and above....

We are in underwriting now with a mid score of high 660s (FHA)....
