Do any GOOD online mortgage companies exist? I would be a first time home buyer but right now I am in the process of trying to rebuild. I know I have a ways to go but NO local banks are willing to guide me in the right direction as far as things I can do to improve my mortgage chances. Can anyone recommend a good company that would be willing to help me?
If you post here and in the credit rebuilding forum are plenty of people willing to guide you. You will have to post all the things listed in the "do I qualify" sticky.
