Well I am going to be taking a new job in the heavy construction industry. It will require me to move around a bit every few years.
My fiance's parents have a new diesel truck and 5th wheel with a toy hauler that they want to sell.
My fiance was thinking that it might not be a bad idea to buy those two from them and then just live in the 5th wheel for a few years while I travel around with the company. It's either that or rent a place, but this way I would be paying something off and it would probably cost less than renting a place if I could roll them both into the same loan. I would also have an RV and a nice truck so that we could do some traveling as well.
I dont know if people do this or not, anyone know how I would? Do you think its a good idea or not?
With this new job buying a house would be really difficult since we would be moving every 3-4 years.
