Buying a House

Other than this forum, which rocks, is there any other place or book that someone would recommend to walk you through the first time home buying process?

I am planning to buy in Jan. 2009, and I seem to get more lost and scared with the more research I do.  Sellers, realtors, inspections, PMI, 80/20, ARM, FHA, DTI, etc.............................AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!  Smiley Mad   Help!

If there is an unbiased book out there that you would recommend, then please let me know.

Thank you.
