Thanks for your post. I am currently in the same situation with Chase bank. I was able to open a ticket with HUD and I am hoping I will receive a call back tomorrow. Which bank did not file a claim, was it one of the major banks? I am trying to close on a house next week. If you have any additional advice it would be greatly appreciated.
