So are bank is terribly slow, but we are hoping they will be speedy. They have 72 hours for docs, then up to 48 hours for funding. Hopefully we can get in before the long weekend, but I am so excited!!!! Yes!!!!!!

First of all congratulations, this is awesome for you and your family! Are the scores in your sig line your current scores? What mortgage company are you going through?

I'm sure my scores are up higher now, but as of the lender pull in March, yes, those were them. I haven't paid to pull again because the only actual score I can see is my EQ and that is my lowest, but they used my TU score although the newest version as my mid.

I am using First Mortgage Corporation out of California.
