Yep, we got it!!! Clear to close!!! 

 

So are bank is terribly slow, but we are hoping they will be speedy. They have 72 hours for docs, then up to 48 hours for funding. Hopefully we can get in before the long weekend, but I am so excited!!!! Yes!!!!!!

I saw the subject line and then realized it was written by you and immediately got excited for you.  Congratulations! We are praying to be closed by this coming Weds...and according to my mortgage broker it will happen (We shall see).  We have a lot riding on it because our short sale approval expires and my rate lock expires on Wednesday!  Suposedly we are clear of all conditions except that they are verifying the title company which they have been "working" on since this past Wednesday uggh.  

Soooo exciting!
