WHat a journey! I closed on Friday. Believe it or not, I did not have approval from the bank until 2 days before. My realtor, who I can't thank enough, got it done by pulling some strings with HUD and the closing attorney.
For all those stressed and in the process, 6 months ago my scores were around 560. Thanks to myfico, I sent many DV, PFD, and Dispute letters, a total of 15, and all were either deleted or updated correctly.
