Hi everyone. I finally closed at it went really smoothly. My story is long and I won't go into detail but it's due to MyFico (Credit Cards and Mortgage) forums that this all happened. I wasn't even thinking about buying a home until April 1, 2008 and my credit score was 589. I found the credit card forum and followed the advice on how to raise my credit score quickly (pay most money to credit cards using statement dates). As of August 1 my credit score was (and is currently) 652 and using the advice on the mortgage forum I now own a beautiful home. I went from a mobile home worth nothing to a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with a 3 car garage. Thanks again to everyone for your help.
