Finally getting settled enough to check in. We closed August 20, I've lurked this board for months tracking the progress of others. We were preapproved in June, found a house that wasn't complete yet so it was a stressful wait. I had a lot of sleepless nights, because of the stress of others going through this process. Happy to say, we did not encounter ANY of these issues, so please don't stress over one persons journey, remain calm & think positive! We are officially home owners & never thought it would be possible. My 8 year old enjoys checking the mail box since we've never had a mail box that didn't come with a key(apartments), it's a great feeling!
