Good morning all,

I just wanted to say I closed on my home 11/10/09 and I am still smiling from ear to ear. I want to thank you to everyone here in these forums for the help and support and encouragement everyone has given me over my year journey from repairing my credit to finally closing.

I owe a big huge virtual hug and Thank you to Shane, you really are the man you have given everyone very valuable advice and your wisdom, that has helped hundreds I am sure, you are truly a gem.

I want to say to everyone who is going through the process now, please dont give up it will happen.
