UPDATE: Finally closed today!! What a long, stressful & frustrating process.....

Would have closed on Friday, but the funder sent funds to the wrong escrow company...good times....

Anywho, all is well and done...thank God!

I'm waiting on my lender to fund the loan and title to record. Hopefully that'll happen tomorrow. argh ...hate waiting.
