Has anyone had there home mortgage through Caliber Home Loans?

They took our mortgage we had with HSBC,who had bought it from a previous holder I think they're a loan servicer and now it through another servicer SPS.....Caliber took payments auto pay from checking acct just fine and credited to acct in timely fashion, had no problems with them,but I am aware that others have...
Thanks for responding. Just wanted to know because I read some reviews on their service. Some good and bad but you only know for yourself once you havea mortgage with them.
