Well i did a bankruptcy and that's on my credit and it has been 2 years since then so i dont think that would be an issue. I am just a nervous nelly. I like to have answers instantly and i still havent had a response from then yet. So I think i am good, but i dont want to be completely let down if something unforeseen happens.
Just a quesion, What are the requirement's to put someone elses income on the application? My father is going to live with me on whatever house i buy and he gets a $1200 retirement check every month, do you guys think that this can be put as additional income on the application?
Does he not want to be a Co-Borrower?
He gave up on credit cards years ago and has virtually no credit history in the last 10 years, either way it was not going to work since they told me i would have to create a new application in order to add other income.
The main issue that i am having right now is that most of the properties i have seen for my price range want Cash Only.
