Can I get a FHA Loan with these score's??? Help FTB

I have 2 CO's-------1 repo Last Payment May 2006---------90 day late on student loan on Dec-2007, Now in forbarance------

Auto loan wit 450 note never Late-----CC 500 limit just payed 2 $0 Bal., scores dont reflect------- Payed off car in 2005------- $50K income----First Time Buyer----- Live in Tx.

We would like to get about $110K to $150K

580 is about the minimum these days. a few exceptions.

but i havent seen anything preventing you from getting a loan.

i am seeing rates around 5.5% or so on fha, but below 600 score would pay about 3% discount fee to get that rate.

wait until the credit card updates.... that might get you over the hump/
