Can I get a mortgage with these scores with a SS and FC

Hello:

I just pulled my scores from this site and they are as follow:

Equifax
732 Score (8)

717 Score (5)

Transunion 

728 Score(8)

727 Score (4)

Experian

721 score (8)

717 Score (2)

I had a Short sale close dec 2012.

I had a foreclosure close Sep 2014.

All due to divorce, etc..

I realize I cannot get most home loans, but I assume there has to be some lender will to issue me a loan?

Thoughts?

You'd have to look at portfolio lenders. Slightly higher rates and require larger downpayments. Fannie/Freddie sellers can't do anything to avoid SS/FC seasoning requirements.
