Credit: 720+ all 3 bureaus, no baddies, no CC debt but very high student loan balance: 93k

Income: 77k annual salary

Source of income: With company for 1 year, industry for 5.

Monthly debt payments: Car: 191; Student loans:640

Down Payment: 10k

Location: San Antonio, TX area

Property: Single family home primary. First home purchase.

Value: About 175k
