Can I qualify for a FHA loan

Hello everyone,

I'm looking to apply for a mortgage loan between now and end of current year. My credit score thus far is TU 697, EQ 623, and EX 613. I have two secured cc both in good standing which i only use 0-2% for utilization. A student loan with a two year deferment until 03-16 which i plan on start paying something on so i can reduce the incurred interest, but not enough to pay off the whole thing. I do have negatives most of which will fall off summer of this year and the rest around April next year. I know down payment and income is also a major factor, but based on what i wrote do you think my credit is anywhere near ready for mortgage consideration, or should I wait another year?

I think you need 3 active trade lines, so one more CC is probably needed with a years history.
