I have an entry in ChexSystems from an old Boa checking account that was overdrawn after I thought I closed it. When going through the mortgage pre approval process, will this come up? Do mortgage company's check chex systems when approving someone for a mortgage. I have tried calling boa to start paying on it but they said it was charged off. I think it's due to fall off next year.
Same here. Apparently I've got something from Wal-mart on there. Has to be YEARS old... anyway my file is at USDA now, expected back today and no mention of it at any point.
